These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WashZone mobile application ("WashZone", "the App") available on Google Play.
WashZone is developed, owned, and operated by Almotech Sh.p.k ("Almotech", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal entity and Google Play developer associated with the WashZone store listing.
By downloading, accessing, or using WashZone, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WashZone is a social platform provided by Almotech Sh.p.k. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.
Unless otherwise stated, Almotech Sh.p.k owns or licenses the intellectual property in WashZone, including the name, branding, software, and related materials. All rights are reserved. Content you post remains yours, but you grant Almotech Sh.p.k a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate WashZone.
WashZone is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almotech Sh.p.k is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or from content posted by other users.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Almotech Sh.p.k is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
Almotech Sh.p.k may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of WashZone after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
