Delete Your WashZone Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the WashZone mobile application, operated by Almotech Sh.p.k.

1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your personal data (such as name, email, and phone number) will be removed from WashZone, except where Almotech Sh.p.k must retain information for legal reasons.
• You will lose access to your WashZone account and associated content.
• This action is irreversible.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

• Use the delete-account option in the WashZone App settings, if available.
• Email info@almotech.co from the email address linked to your WashZone account and request account deletion.

3. Data Retention

Almotech Sh.p.k may retain limited data when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent abuse. Remaining personal data is securely deleted after it is no longer needed. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
