Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Policy

This Child Safety Policy applies to the WashZone mobile application ("WashZone", "the App") available on Google Play. WashZone is developed and operated by Almotech Sh.p.k ("Almotech", "we", "us", or "our").

Almotech Sh.p.k is committed to creating a safe environment for all WashZone users, especially children and vulnerable individuals. The App strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and is designed to help prevent the exploitation of minors. We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and applicable laws regarding online safety.

Zero Tolerance for CSAM

WashZone has a zero-tolerance policy for content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any user who attempts to upload, share, or distribute such material will be permanently banned, reported to appropriate authorities, and their content immediately removed.

Detection & Moderation

We use a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify and moderate inappropriate or abusive content:

• Content filters to scan uploads for known CSAM hashes
• AI-powered flagging for suspicious images and videos
• Human moderators who review reported or flagged content
• Behavioral pattern detection for grooming or predatory activity

Our moderation team is trained to handle sensitive cases with urgency and discretion.

Reporting Mechanism

We empower our users to help maintain a safe space by providing clear tools to:

• Report content that may involve child exploitation or abuse
• Block and report users who engage in suspicious or predatory behavior

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and serious incidents are escalated immediately.

Proactive Prevention

We design features with child safety in mind, including:

• Age verification where appropriate
• Safe interaction limits for minors
• Content sharing restrictions for underage users (if applicable)
• Active monitoring of trending content to detect abuse vectors

Cooperation with Authorities

We fully cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child protection organizations. If CSAM is detected, we follow established reporting protocols and retain evidence for investigation. We may also report users to relevant child safety hotlines.
